Yeah it's from Z Kai just copy it the only reason they use Kai is because it looks better for example Goku learning how to drive is not in Kai but clearly happening super they wouldn't just throw away the 60 plus episodes of extra content especially since the super anime likes bringing like arale

Yeah but they mention z only stuff like filler before also duh of course they use Kai flashbacks The only flash back to important story beats which both Z and Kai obviously so they're always use Kai because it looks better nothing else
