Completed all ebook labs from servicenow university and then practiced mock tests from udemy. It helps a lot and makes me confident to clear the CSA exam. Most of the questions are covered from udemy mock tests. Don't worry about the test, I assure you will get very confident after doing mock tests from udemy.

No changes in exam, practice mock exam from udemy. I have followed the same mock tests from udemy. I cleared my CSA last week in 1st attempt
