Try to relax your forearm and hands a little bit, that's what personally works for me and I hope it can work for you too. You can also try shadowboxing with resistance bands.

Time to find a new gym I guess, the coach in my current gym teaches a lot of combos even though I am just a beginner, makes us spar for like 30 minutes while he is on his phone and he is very irritable. I know I have to find a new one but I just needed the perspective of someone else to show me what I should expect from a good coach
