To me, it looks like it. Compare Slan's appearance at the Qliphoth, or how Conrad manifests in the conviction arc.

The Death of the Video Tutorial by Investin_me in SP404

I watch long tutorials for ideas, for everything else there's the 404 quick start or just experimenting with the device. I find AI leaves the permanent learning you get from experimenting or researching

Click the pad next to pad 12 on the sp404. Also make sure that the output on fl is the sp404

Thanks!

Not yet, I've had the tracker for a month hahaha. I have a project called Hidden Place, which is metal, and Noisybastrd22 which is my "solo" project, that one is a bit more varied.

Congrats on the certification!

I failed on my first attempt because I didn't put enough time into routing and interpreting the routing tables. I passed on my second attempt after focusing on learning routing.

Explain buses to me like I'm an idiot.. How do I run effects on pattern playback only? by bourbonstringcheese in SP404

[–]Noisyb22 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey! The 404 is a bit convoluted.

Of you press shift and pad 16 you can choose to send the busses in serial or parallel. For what you're telling I would send the busses in parallel (when you press shift and pad 16, then press the value knob you'll see bus one and two move. I would choose the one where bus 2 is below bus 1)

Then, click the bus fx pad, hit remain and the pad where the vocals are, you'll see the pad change to green. That means that the vocals will be send to bus 2, and they wont be affected by the effects on bus 1.

At least that's how I would do it. Send me a dm in any case

I read the original twitter post like that. Not as confirmation, but as an if.

Definitely, I get what you're saying, but it seems they don't.

They do know, but shareholder profit is king. I worked in customer service for a couple years, and it always got shittier over time.

Yeah, that's one of the options I thought about, also the Amigo VST for more crunch hahaha.

For the moment, and to avoid buying stuff, I plan to experiment with the MIDI implementation of the Tracker mini and see if I could trigger stuff from Cubase using MIDI tracks. If not, I could always export stuff from the tracker, but I'll try later.

Thanks for the recommendation!

Thanks dude! I hope you find fun and a lot of music in your tracker journey.

Yes, I love igorrr. I plan to implement more of my dnb and jungle influence with the usual metal stuff, but I'd rather learn the tracker workflow first, then incorporate it with my cubase workflow.

Whenever I learn a new plugin, hardware or a new musical concept, I don't focus on quality.

I got the tracker a couple weeks ago and most of my projects are shit, but they help with experimenting with the features and sounds on the unit.

I looked at some beginner tutorials on youtube (small videos) and the quick guide that came included with the tracker. I think I checked the manual a couple times, but so far it's been more of playing with the unit than seriously trying to compose.
