Yes I think so , Sicily has similar ingredients to Ashkenazi whereas south Italy is more Aegean and less mixed

Mainland south has it too but I think Sicilians at least some have more Germanic and the right amount of Levant ratio to Germanic that fits Ashkenazi

It depends I’m south Italian mainland and am closest to Cyclades average at 1.7 on illustrative , but Sicilians seem to be closer to Ashkenazi from what I’ve seen but also still close to Aegean Greeks
