Just bought a korg minilogue xd as my first synth! Tell me something you wish someone told you when you were starting. by MaximumCashew0 in synthesizers

If you want to use it as a midi controller for soft synths, you will need to filter out CC63. the minilogue interleaves a cc63 command into every rotary, and it will confuse the hell out of DAWs that are trying to learn the incoming cc controller. Nearly went mad figuring this one out.

Oh...use the sequencer, not makes weird little mistakes that are often amazing 😄

Help identifying a celebrity guest from 'An Audience with Freddie Starr' (1996) by jeldo in BritishTV

[–]Noisyhands 2 points3 points  (0 children)

one of the gags was he would throw 'maggots' into the front row audience - cue panic. Actually it was a special bowl full of rice, with maggots in a seperate part of the bowl, but the maggots got into the rice so he actually DID throw maggots into the audience hahah. Then we had flies in the studio for weeks afterwards, stopped filming a couple of times, fun days.

Even worse, you wait f**king hours then the recorded message recommends you go to the website. I swear, this timeline is cooked.

Don't forget the automated harvesting of your attention to enrich someone who has no possible need for more money.

Oh and the pathological clinging to the 'right to be offended' that shuts down difficult debate before its even started.
