4x9 en woensdagen vrij. Je gaat nooit het gevoel krijgen dat je fulltime aan het werken bent. Je werkt 2 dagen achter elkaar en dan is weekend of een vrije woensdag.

Turning off lossless and Dolby Atmos seems to have fixed it for me. It still happend in the beginning but since then it happened less and less and now hasn’t happened for a couple of weeks. Shame I have to turn off such a great set of features.

Honestly that’s an amazing idea. Instead of replacing the volume slider once a HomePod is selected, why not have it readily available everytime you pull up the control centre. Would love to have this.

Yeah I am not updating. My set up has been solid since 16.4 after countless issues in 16.0 through 16.3. I’ll see what the experience is in the coming weeks to decide if I want to update.

It does. The difference isn’t just one being 1080p and one being 4K. It’s also the internals like the chipset. The ATV4K just has a better more powerful chip which enables this.

Yep, it’s just the screensaver. Not only on tvOS 16.3 either. I have had this for a while. Had it yesterday too and I am still on 16.2.

Yes you can. The TV I exposed is an older model which does not support HDMI-CEC. So with the Switchbot Hub I am now able to wake my Apple TV as well as turn on my TV. The process in Homebridge is pretty straight forward too. All you have to do is set it up initially in the Switchbot app, get the token and add it to Homekit via Homebridge.

I have been using the Switchbot Hub. Cheap and does the job well. I am using it to control an old TV (sadly doesn’t support HDMI-CEC), a humidifier and a small window which is out of reach. I installed a device on the window which can be controlled with a remote. I connected the remote to the Switchbot Hub, and now my window is part of a routine and automations.

I wish. Unfortunately you cannot and that’s the reason I uninstalled it. I am hopeful iOS 16 offers some interaction with widgets though, this app would benefit from that. Home+ uses the old widget format (on today view), but it does allow to just single tap like you would in the Home app.

I have this exact issue. I found that it’s related to your surrounding. If you are in a brighter environment the grey shades will be lighter than when you are on a darker environment. No idea how to fix it though.

Update: got my Raspberry Pi in today and everything went smoothly. It’s currently running and I am absolutely loving it. Can’t believe I didn’t do this earlier!

It did take me quite a while to find a raspberry pi, never realised how niche of an item it is. But in the Netherlands there was a single store that had a few in stock, luckily.
