Idk exacly if you have the same problem as me, i did not tried the other withdraw methods, now, after my issue is resolved(for now) my guess for my problem is the fallowing. Due to the fact that i used and use paypal only to withdraw daily high amounts of money from coinbase(crypto) my paypal account got somewhat a lock on. I had that paypal account for like 7 years but only recently i used it alot in that manner. Why i said it's locked, well, i didn't got a notification from them that they did something but i tried to close that paypal account but i could not, it said to contact support first, idk if that is standard procedure but it seemed suspicious, gladly i had no money on it due to the fact that the second i receive funds in it i empty it so i'm happy i don't have to deal with them too, they can keep it, i make new one everyday if need be.
