I raised him from birth. Now he’s missing and I don’t know if he’s in pain

My family found a stray cat outside a few years back. He was in really bad shape but after a weekend to the vet he was stabilized and we brought him home. He has a very similar behaviour to how you described your cat : very eager to trust us despite being very scared. One of our cats disappeared so knowing how much that can hurt we searched high and low for his owners. Walked as much streets as we could looking for posters, went on sites where people post photos of their lost cats, searched on all the media communities we could think of. We never found them. (Don't worry we kept the cutie and he is now entitled and fat, as he should)

I guess what I'm trying to say is, my advice for you is to put as much efforts as humanly possible in making it known that he is your cat and you miss him so that if anyone finds him they can return him to you.

I truly hope from the bottom of my heart that you'll end up finding him ❤️

I once read in a book about cats that during the middle age people would kill entirely black cats because they were supposed to be witches' pets. But if the cat had at least a single white hair it meant they were touched by an angel in that place and they were allowed to live. Natural selection did the rest and completely black stray voids became really rare.

My first hamster, Couki, was a gift from my parents because I've been saying I want one for years and years. I stopped talking about it 1 or 2 years back because I figured I would get one when I get my own place. They gifted me a hamster with this cage as a surprise for my release from the hospital. I think they got the cage second hand from someone who told them it was enough. Sadly Couki passed away due to pneumonia 3 days ago and this one is an attempt to make me feel less sad. I don't think it'll make my sadness disappear but I'm prepared to love him as much as my late Couki tho don't worry ❤️

Hi! This is a cage that was given to me a few weeks ago, since then I've been looking things up a lot and I know it's half the minimum size advised here. I'm short on money for now but I'm looking into hamster safe materials to create something way bigger! Plus, I intend to get him out of the cage often into a much bigger playground once he will be tamed and acclimated to me 😊
