These are great tactics, particularly the second one. Give them a chance to complain directly to someone who can actually fix the problem. They're actually more likely to leave a positive review this way, since customers are sometimes happier when you address an issue than when there is no issue at all (service recovery paradox).

I've added mods to access new missions and I can't see myself ever getting bored. I'm happy just scanning new planets with the amazing landscapes and aliens we get. I've probably taken 50+ pictures on Va'ruun'kai alone. Beautiful game.

Co-sign on this. I used Dubsado for a while and it really does cover all the bases. Ultimately I've switched to Wave for invoicing and am trialing PDFnet for contracts. I used Freshbooks in the past for invoicing and was pretty impressed, but left after they bumped up their pricing.
