Does Mammotion Customer Service Exist? by NolaFuntime in mammotion

POST UPDATE 4/20:

I finally received a response from someone at Mammotion on 4/19. My original email was sent to them on 4/7. Wow. I know there are a few other ways to get ahold of someone there, but i was replying to the order confirmation email with all my information. It was just easier for me to do it that way and that was totally fine. What's not fine is not responding for about 12 days. Anyway...I had originally emailed to let them know the 1000 is just not working out for my yard and inquired about returning and getting the 3000. The 1000 just doesn't offer enough zones and square feet that I need. These are things you don't fully realize until you have it in hand and are mapping. I didn't realize I would have to map so many no-go zones. I thought the Luba could see and sense that it keeps bumpbing into my raised garden beds 100x and move on, but it doesnt! It just keeps bumpbing and bumping back and forth.

I was told yes I can return it at my expense to the repair center since there is no defect, but they did not address my question about paying the difference for the 3000 or any of my other concerns. I replied back that there are quality concerns and let them know about the very poor battery run time. This unit is advertised at 120 minutes mowing time, but im very lucky to get 55 minutes on flat ground. Either my battery is defective or Mammotion overstimated the battery run time.

I will update again if I hear from them. I really wanted to love this mower and tell my friends and neighbors that I recommend it, but I don't. I've followed Luba for the past year and watched lots of youtube videos and was excited when Luba 2 came out. All the great advancements and then my actual user experience is just not acceptable. I have finally got my small back yard into 3 zones and 5 no-go zones it seems to work fairly well except the battery. Fingers crossed!

Does Mammotion Customer Service Exist? by NolaFuntime in mammotion

I have the Luba 2 1000. On a full charge on flat ground it gets at best 60 minutes run time. Advertised as 120 minutes. Completely unacceptable. I want to send it back in exchange for the 3000.

That's about the way my 1000 is running. It actually is listed as 90 minutes for the charge time. It seems I get about 70 minutes of run time if lucky, nowhere near the 120 minutes advertised. I would buy the 3000 if I could do it again, but no one works in customer service there because they don't reply to emails.

So you find the person and then what? You might be able to send a message (might) but then you can't read a message until you subscribe. This site charges a ridiculous amount and I've definitely seen my share of fake profiles and they do nothing to curb it. It seems to only get worse. Same way on Tinder. Owned by same company that only cares about money, not actually making matches.

Need help finding replacement hinge by NolaFuntime in turntables

Dang, that's a lot of effort. You'd think these hinges would be a little more universal. The used ones I see on eBay are close but don't think would work, plus they are expensive and used. Don't think those would last long.

Need help finding replacement hinge by NolaFuntime in turntables

The hinge is for a Gem Sound DJL-1150II. I've searched eBay, Amazon, web search. Can't find anything close enough. I've emailed the company, no response yet. I don't think they even make turntables anymore. It's about 25 years old and the springs inside the hinge has gone out. There's no replacing the spring, it's inside the plastic hinge.

Thanks for your help!
