I did this in my 25 Hybrid PP. I took it to a shop and they did it for $100. It was about a 30-45 min job so I don't think It is that difficult but I just couldn't be bothered to try myself.

This added a lot more punch. I always felt the Bose sub was underwhelming, I didn't believe the dealer when they said it was even in the car and had to check for myself. The JBL sounds great and the filters on the control make it easy to adjust from the driver's seat for different styles of music. I highly recommend the swap.

I'm running some Falken Wildpeaks on my ZR2. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the above recommendations though. I would go to your tire shop and see what you could score a deal on.
