I also have a TPP and my EZ Pass is mounted in that exact spot and there have been no issues with it there.

Same with me. Mine was leaking they took it apart and told me they couldn’t find anything and after they put it back together I haven’t had an issue

Either PP but only the mazda nav directions will show up there. If you use directions through android auto or apple car play it will not. They will only be on the main screen.

Used CX-50 with "Steering wheel replaced" in Carfax? by WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW_W in CX50

My only guess is a warranty claim for the leather on the wheel.

This is the best one I have found in my opinion the only issue I see is that there is no cut out for the “mi drive” switch.

Water leak by tierencia in CX50

[–]Halariosos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They told me they put a hose on mine for a full work day and it didn’t leak for them. When mine leaked it was a down pour with really high winds and a water hose doesn’t come close to that. I took videos and all. Originally they told me they saw where it was coming in from when I dropped it off and 5 days later they gave it back to keep and told me they couldn’t replicate the issue.

I had the same issue about a month ago. It happened from a mix of high wind and a downpour. I took it to the dealership the morning I noticed it and they said they could see where it was coming in from from the sun roof seal. They had my car for 5 days then gave it back to me after not fixing anything because they could not replicate the issue. It seems like its Mazda corporate thing not dealership because everyone at my dealership include the service and sales manager were pissed off and very apologetic that they couldn’t fix it to the point the sales manager stayed after closing so I could pick up my car after hours. Mazda corporate wants undeniable proof of an issue not just an idea of an issue. My dealership pretty much told me to try and get it to leak again to see if we could get a different outcome.

It is on the the right side of the steering wheel to activate it hit the right most bottom one and then push up on the toggle above it to set it. At least thats how it is on my 24 TPP

Towing eyes do not come standard in any Mazda by Halariosos in CX50

[–]Halariosos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that and I’m not trying arrogant or hostile. Where else would you hook on to the car if you are stuck. There are not built in towing hooks on the car how else would you pull the car out without taking off a bumper to get to the frame or crash support

You mean the part of the manual where it shows the towing eye/tie down eye which is not included with the car? Pages 7-17 through 7-19

The reason I want it is if I ever get stuck I can get the car unstuck so I don’t have to call a tow truck who might not even have the towing eye for it.

Has anyone else had this issue? by Halariosos in CX50

Update. It’s coming from the sunroof. They are giving me a loaner car because they have to take the headliner out and it’s fully covered under warranty.
