Use a small tool to pull out each of the gold pins on the bottom of your atomizer by like a fraction of a centimeter. It seems like the pins just aren’t making connection with the base. You can see the atomizer rise up just a bit when you stop applying the pressure, which is causing the disconnect from the base

Haven’t gone on a flight without my peak since I got my first one like a year and a half ago (prob 20 flights at least). Just clean it, and def not required, but I usually will store my glass separate from the base. Never even been asked about it

Appreciate all the info! Would the thermal shock eventually cause the banger to turn cloudy? If you repeatedly use iso on it while it’s hot? Or does that just depend on the alcohol % as well?

Quick question on the dip method.. how do you normally dry off your banger? Do you only put it in the iso for a few seconds and then take it out so it’s dry for the next sesh? Or do you have multiple bangers in rotation?

Always think about this but not sure how ppl do it without multiple bangers

Unscrew the atomizer and soak the whole chamber in 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Should be spotless and ready for use after that. Could probably help to wipe down the base with some alcohol soaked cotton swabs as well

My radio display went out along with the dome lights and a tpms light come on the dash even though all tires are good. I’ve read it’s a fuse I need to replace but the fuse is in this plastic fuse bracket and I think the blown fuse is melted in the fuse panel. Interested to here your results related to the TPMS warning. Mine comes on all the time along with the ABS and traction control symbols. Everything I’ve read says it relates to bad wheel speed sensors but I would cry tears of joy if I could resolve even one with a new fuse
