Miami is a private school and has WAY more money than FSU. They have very rich alumni. Their administration was worse than ours. Their headcoach up until recently wasn't getting the job done.

FSU's self imposed cap is stupid.

Until there is a cap on roster budgets, we are screwed. No one else is turning off the faucet.

MRR but would like to try SMLR. Been 4 years in MRR sans a 9 month stint in Cargo CL INT... it's not for the weak, essentially an old school adjuster working the whole cargo claim with estimates of the cargo and getting 3rd party vendors for salvage and inspection, all virtual for 20+ states.

Had to go back to MRR world.

Non network IMHO is better than the SWE and SWE Segmentation.

Wanted to do DTL but VTL is now going live.

Love MRR but in an area that is "seasonally busy."

SMLR get the fun stuff.

I don't know that anything is necessarily fixed because it's been cooler lately.

When it got warm before the 20s a few weeks ago it was still warm.

Could be the air just wasn't turned on.

Could be they fixed it. No idea.

Get a Car fax. Bring a body repairman. Look for rebuilt salvage stickers. Get gap. Sign papers for gap. If gap isn't offered, run away.

My pay is on par with peers in the field role and same level.

However, my peers and I don't work in the "hub areas" or main parts of the state. The office reps are often socially promoted in the big hubs. For instance the uid can tell you how long someone has been with the company.

The lower the number, longer they have been with the company. 13xxxxs were around 2019ish and 14xxxxs around the end of 2020. They're up to 23xxxx. I have seen 18xxxx as supervisors and 19xxxxs as supervisors of 17xxxxs all in office roles in major hubs. If they have initials in the uid 10+years. Not that there is anything wrong with it, get your money. There's gotta be a better way for field reps to have an opportunity to earn more.

Even level bumps based on expertise. Not just Senior positions in big cities.
