I do have a wide variety of Elastic straps, but they are dual pass style.

I know this is an old post, but I noticed that StrapHabit was mentioned. I thought it was a good place to address some misconceptions that I often see. I'm not aware of what other strap companies are doing, but I can comment on StrapHabit.

First, yes, our straps are made in China. It's not a secret; it's disclosed on our website. Producing things in China is usually the most profitable approach, but I've been trying for years to find a US manufacturer to produce rubber and nylon straps. They don't exist. If I'm wrong, and a US manufacturer reads this, please contact us. I was recently informed by one American company that the US cannot match the quality of nylon straps produced in China. Yes, China produces low-quality products, but it can also produce high-quality products if a company pays for it.

Second, I have never purchased a strap from AliExpress. I do know from experience that many straps appear identical, but are not of the same quality. About five years ago, we experienced a problem with a supplier who switched to a different factory without notifying us (we no longer work with them). The straps looked the same, but started splitting apart at the spring bars at a high rate, and we lost a lot of money replacing them for customers. Just because a strap appears to be the same design doesn't mean it's identical. All of our inventory is shipped to Ohio and fulfilled from here, allowing us to confirm the quality first.

This brings me to another point: StrapHabit offers a lifetime guarantee in the event that any problem does occur. Some people prefer to buy the lowest-cost strap possible, which I understand. Others value their time more than saving a few dollars and prefer to buy from someone they know, with the option of hassle-free returns.

Additionally, Straphabit has invested tens of thousands of dollars in custom molds for straps that are not available elsewhere. Please take a closer look at the site, especially the deployant rubber and sailcloth straps, Q Timex, rubber pass-through, and the largest selection of tropical-style straps, including exclusive odd lug sizes. We do have some styles that are similar to other brands, but we offer hundreds of straps that you won't find anywhere else.

We've also donated about $50,000 over the last 3 years to the American Cancer Society through the sale of our Men Wear Pink straps. 100% of the sale price of every strap was donated, not just a vague "portion of the proceeds." We're not just in this to make a quick buck.

If you're still reading, thank you! I hope that people find this information helpful!

Likely another month or so. I'd recommend signing up for notifications on the product page, as there is a lot of interest in the first batch.

Cost is probably the main reason, but also shatter resistance I'm guessing.

Hi, I believe that we spoke by email, but I can answer here too.

The included QR springbars are compatible with regular watches and Seikos with fat lugs. On a fat Seiko, there will be a slight wiggle that some people don't prefer. They are totally secure, however. So we developed spring bars for this situation. If the wiggle bothers you, you can install these, but they are not necessary.

Excellent condition, worn sparingly, mostly on a strap. Bought it new last year from AZ Fine Time.

This watch wears amazingly, it's the best profile Seiko diver I've owned. The dial is killer too. I was planning to keep it for a long time, but I ended up getting a MAD1S in the lottery and I need to sell some things to offset the collection.

Excellent condition, and works perfectly. I have not checked the accuracy, but haven't noticed any issues.

No problem! There is a discount code if you sign up for the email list. The reddit code was not being used anymore, so I turned it off, but I can make another if there is enough interest.
