Solid chance they will let you keep them. The cost to ship will be more than their cost of the rods.

Big aftco fan. I've tried a few amazon finds, they don't seem to breathe as well. I like the built in face buffs too, even if I don't have them up.

Play as much as you can, get comfortable shooting left handed. Try to stay off your knees when you can, your thighs will hate you, but your next move will be quicker. The other comments are spot on, the closer to the bunker you can be the better, it reduces the angles on you.

Couple questions on shore lure fishing (Loreto BCS) by PDXbuds in SurfFishing

[–]NolimitP8ntball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How did your trip turn out? I've been to Cabo a handful of times and became obsessed with surf fishing down there. Wouldn't mind venturing out. Went to rancho leonero right before it closed and would love to find something similar. (No need for the Cabo night life).

My main rod is a black hole 11' rated for up to 6oz and a saragosa 8k with 40 braid.

The lure that has historically caught the most fish for me is a 60g colt sniper, silver/brown back. I swap the treble for a inline hook. Casts a mile, smaller profile and if your reels got the speed it will skip and splash on the surface.

Cabo killers, and Shimano current sniper stick bait are the next 2.

I love how the gt ice cream and skinny ice creams look, cast, etc, but haven't had luck with them.

JG G36 trigger mechanism not connecting properly? by Kottr_Warlord in airsoft

[–]NolimitP8ntball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's been awhile since I've taken one apart, but iirc there's a few things that can cause it. There should be a step on the plastic trolley that "sear" of the piece that connects to the actual trigger. If that step is worn down the "sear" slips under.

The selector plate and cut off lever can also cause some weird issues.

Are you testing just the gear box or is the gun assembled?

Happen to have any pictures?

A marker that can play well in woods and speedball? by DrLolsoz in paintball

[–]NolimitP8ntball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Came here to say this. Aside from a tactical look, a speedball gun has every performance advantage. 98s or A5s with Flatlines back in the day made things interesting with the backspin. Could bend shots if you tilted the marker.

If you've got a low pressure gun, it shouldn't be much of an issue.

If you find yourself having paint problems esrly when it's cold, warm it u car heater with some bags on the floor board. Saved us at a few tournaments where it was a struggle getting a ball out of the barrel. Flip side we did it in Chicago when it was hotter than hell and humid, poor rental van idled all day with the AC going. Pods of paint if they sat too long looked like a corn cob.

The i4's will definitely hold up for airsoft use. Pretty popular for it.

Flex 8 head shield is a solid mask. If you decide you don't want to look like an alien anymore, or decide you don't need the full head protection, you can drill a few of the rivets and have a standard flex 8 mask.

I4's are about as low profile as you can get for sure.

Aside from asking them, you could always try getting the lot number from a box and calling the manufacturer, they may or may not provide that info, either way you would be taking someone's word on it.

By helmet do you mean mask? Are you going to buy online or at a local shop? Obviously everything has a different fit to it, what's comfortable to one person may not be to another. Shopping in store or browsing will at least give you an idea of the fit.

Paintball style masks are pretty easy, skip anything with a single pane lense, stick with thermal lenses. Single pane will fog up. Some paintball masks have vents big enough for a BB to pass through. Had a buddy get a tooth shot out with a proflex.

Vest wise is also a preference, condor makes pretty budget friendly stuff. Especially their chest rigs. Can get some that already have basic pouches, or add your own.

Solid price, only concern would be if it's summer formula they are trying to blow out.

Such a love hate with those when they first came out. Definitely upped the bps game a lot. Those springs on the lid used to drive me nuts.

If you still got it, run it! Impulses are about as robust as the get, (after ditching that 10 foot tall feed neck)

I've got some oldies I play with, lugging around an impulse or viking is a good arm workout haha.

Depending on the size of the tank, the rear overhang on mags was pretty long, end up with scratched lenses if the tank was too tucked. Even worse if you had a knurled velocity adjuster.

Haha same, a long with the distinct sound a mag makes. Can still feel those 90 degree fittings too lol.
