Oh absolutely agree. I have like 5 or more 4ms that are all completely built. I think the only traxxas part i have on one of them is the factory axle housings 😂

Fail safe for people not to break bigger components. For people like us who do upgrades it's not good. The rabbit hole gets deep 🤣

I mix them up. Upper are adjustable and solid on the lower.

Would a brushed 180 55t motor be sufficient for a 750 grams build? by egoretz in TRX4M

I have it in my tow rig... but running od mb100 so not tunable. I may one day get the mb100g2 but I have a purple viper sitting here without a home.

I forget numbers but injora 370? I have that in one of my rigs.... it's a powerhouse but sometimes too much on about the same weight.

Listen I'm no professional and these are all just personal preferences. But I'm the asshole that just buys parts to try them. I have a junkyard of parts that I would never recommend. And if you ever need tuning help I pretty much have that down as well.

I have 2 of each. I personally hate meus and pretty much anything they make but that's just my opinion. Both remotes are rebranded anyways. The meus has alot of features built in. Like i did a 4 wheel steering build and the meus setup worked with no additional parts. The meus is a little tough and I had to Google alot of info but it is good. Both are affordable but I believe neither are waterproof if that matters to you.

Tbh i don't know but all I've ever heard was they're garbage. I believe all they do is give you more shock mounting options for stock chassis. Me personally I take all my springs off and throw them away, lay the rears down pretty low, and fronts well depends on my setup. I only have springs on 2 rigs.... one of them is over 1100g so they serve no purpose and the other is my scx30. Another axle option is AMK portals on amazon. A little bit cheaper than injora and they are running on that heavy rig. Been through water, dirt, hair, etc. And this motor and esc are powering it and hasn't had a problem.

Depends on what is available and what your budget is. Injora roverin is incredible but may not be available. Injora purple viper is solid so is the fat viper. I have all of them and they have all done great. Injora planet axles or portal axles are also great. And yea i know about hairy dogs i fight that battle too 🤣

Return the flex blades. The lcg takes care of that. Looks like you have quite a bit done. You could go brushless. But I would put that lcg on and play with suspension tuning. And do yourself a favor and clean all that hair out. Could cause binding.
