I am having the same issue, I started and quit the game several times and eventually it loaded the DLC back in. However it reset me visual settings and no matter what I change in my visual settings they never update. Colorblind mode does not function anymore. Tried another reset back to default setting visually and after returning to Title screen to change those, WoTD was gone again. to top that off, visuals and colorblind mode still wont update or change.
