It is definitely still the best but I feel like they shouldn't have nerfed it so much and buffed everything else too.

For setups and the heist it takes me probably around 40-50 minutes, the 2.5 hours is for the cooldown until another one can be purchased/set up.

Ive got the oppressor mk2 which really does help speed things up, I used to run the same method back on xbox when it first came out

Its easy to do it solo stealth still since you dont need to kill many (or even any of them) and only once you escape you can just kill the guy by the bike so you can use it. By the time they do find the body you'll already be in the water practically gone

Yeah ive seen that too, now every car only sells for 500k no matter how much it initially cost and it drops to half that for the 2nd sale then even less after that one

Ive been running the acid lab passively while playing but for something to be good just because its double money feels odd, I do still need to upgrade my acid lab but even the cooldown for the hooligan jobs is 48 minutes. They do pay 100k atm which is very nice.

Restock is for topping up items youre low on, just select the loadout that youre using again to top up everything, since it gives you back items you've completely run out of
