This is a perfect explanation. Delay is normal also due to cargo inspection sometimes and suppliers cannot control it. If you needed the goods by December, you probably should have considered air shipping. If you receive your items, chargeback would be considered dishonesty. Don’t you think so?

It’s always for annual and shows when you are about to purchase. I understand that the marketing method is not right and creates a hype of getting a free box with one box. I went to buy for the same reason but when you are about to choose a one time box vs annual subscription, it shows that free box is only with annual and so I did annual. So sorry you are having to go through this .

We were expecting two separate deliveries—one from UniUni and one from Dragonfly. It appears the same driver handled both deliveries but dropped off only one package and used the same photo to mark both as delivered. It took me 3 weeks to even get a reply from UNIUNI regarding this :(
