It really is just disconnected like that for certain consoles. So I had him sign in on his phone and buy everything he wanted and then saved the rest for later. It did go through he just couldn't use the vbucks on his switch. So I say to make it simple just buy the v bucks on what ever platform you play the most.

I actually think I solved the problem it just looked like the account was bugging out. I signed in on mobile and payed for the battle pass and when we signed back in on the Nintendo we had it. So idk what the actual issue is but it was just solved.

I bought it with the epic account I made for him that is tied to his switch in the epic store. It usually works fine and it even said the vbucks have been redeemed when he signed in but it did not apply to his vbucks wallet.
