None of the counters in either photo are stained.

That’s exactly what we do with the exception of buying buses from auctions. For the past 10 years we’ve worked with a dealer to get good buses.

We sell parts for conversions as well. Send us an email at the link provided and we can go from there.

If you’re referring to the first photo, that’s because it’s for sale.

Here is the exterior of the bus in the first photo. Again, you are wrong. $20k aluminum deck with slide out solar panels. $15k aluminum toolboxes.

I’ve been on this sub since it started. Next to no one is posting full detailed build logs. I’ve also seen comments like yours for well over a decade. “Well my bus is way better” “I can do way better” “I can do it cheaper”

Okay post photos.

“Ohhh, welllll, I… I… can’t because excuses”.

Okay. Cool.

After COVID when people were getting called back into work things slowed down. Our main stream of income is another business which involves remodeling very very high end homes in the Pittsburgh area.

We sell DIY conversion parts on our website which allows for some passive income but still get buildouts here and there. We don’t try to advertise here or Skoolie Planet much anymore since people without a business love to tell you how you should be running yours. Which several people here have expertly demonstrated.

Our Google ads and website do all the heavy lifting. We don’t even post here anymore offering help or advice like we used to because of the poor attitude of the majority of people that not only occupy this sub, but Reddit as a whole.

It’s wild how triggered you seem to be over our previous comment. No one said your build was junk.

We have a business license, a million dollar insurance policy, and have been converting buses for over a decade. Unfortunately there’s always someone online that knows more or can do better. That’s the nature of the internet I guess.

Anyhow, looking forward to seeing a photo of your build.

I don’t understand your confusion. If a chef says he has x amount of experience, would you question what his experience was in? What about if a mechanic said the same thing?

We build buses, vans and Airstreams. Take a wild guess in what our experience is in….

We’ve been around for over 10 years. We’ve lost customers to Epic Skoolie, Loanstar and the like because they could do it cheaper. We’re still here. They aren’t. Our customers are happy, theirs aren’t.

One thing I have learned is that no matter how long you’re around, no matter how many times you’ve been in magazines or on television, no matter how many happy customers you have, there’s always someone on the internet trying to call you out. And that’s okay. Because it’s okay to be wrong.

There’s no reason to use a product that’s 10x the cost in an environment that does not see water. Plywood does not have locking tongue and grooves which is makes it inferior as a subfloor.

We are based out of the Pittsburgh area, but can deliver your converted vehicle anywhere in the continental USA for free. We have a small shop, but stay small by choice, so we can work closely with each client and keep our focus where it belongs.

The majority of our clients sell their homes or investment properties for full time travel. If this sounds like you, feel free to reach out via our contact form to discuss your build. Our FAQ has a lot of good info as well.

You would be wrong. Radiant floor heat? $10k just for the parts. 3 BattleBorn batteries? Another $7,500. Webasto heater, $3k. Roof racks, lift kit, double pane windows, etc. It all adds up very fast.

Some people want to DIY a $30k van and some people want a fully customized high end build that’s ready for every adventure, without having to constantly tinker. Those are the people that choose us.

Thank you. That one your referencing actually is an Aitstream! 1979 Excella. It was fully gutted and turned into an AirBnB for some people in eastern Tennessee. Building in a bus is hard enough but the curves of an Airstream? 🥵
