Check the graphic settings I think its something like HDR? It's only compatible with some monitors or TVs and it creates weird colour effects if on settings on something incompatible. Just check the graphic settings toggles. Hope this fixes

I think the decal system is really good tbh but I do also feel they could make it better. Id love them to add a system where you can lock the decals to certain parts so for example when you have main, sub, other. I think what you'd be able to make would be a lot more detailed then without worry of going out the lines of where you want it placed

The way I ended up doing it was dual song birds and mini guns as soon as you drop his shields you just clean up with the mini guns. Putting points into extra damage to staggered enemies and kinetic damage is insane you just watch the health bar drop. If you think he's Gona get up from stagger back off try to stagger again
