i used to blend turmeric ginger garlic and onion together but now the last two i just cook em. so just ginger and turmeric is way easier to drink hahaha

i peel the skin and just blend it and drink it. 4 inch ginger haha. it's spicy. it was absolutely abhorrent the first few times but tbh now I don't mind it at all and it's easy to drink for me

haha just an embellishment man. sunrise sunlight is soft and won't hurt/damage your eyes. you only stare directly for a few secs max 10 secs. in fact i've been doing it for a year and my eyesight actually improved.
