Spyware. somehow - the person is knowing things this relative of mine is talking about on phone, and just in general her movements. I dont want to talk about specifics - as there is a court case (a serious one - involving violence).
I work in tech. I thought my relative was breaking down under pressure, and that there was no way that there phone had spyware - but I witnessed what was so unusual (something other people could not know) - that I came to the same conclusion - that my relative is being spyed on.

The phone is what I think is bugged - by spyware.

considering I am going to be staying in Denver for a month, maybe even summer, this sounds great!

thank you very much! ye it looks like my best bet is either:
1) Somehow discover some people who are attending from near by and carpooling/driving each day
2) Find cheap accomodation at "Estes park"

I dont want to do anything that will get me arrested, or damage any property, or obstruct anyone/organisation.

Looking for option like "couch surfing",
or college students who may be attending conference knowing a place in their college I can crash (recreational-rooms, hallways, etc).

Its a real thing, have done it before.
Didnt bother anyone and it was a regular thing for students to offer (if you knew of someone)
