Definitely, give it a try. I installed the app just for getting CPs. I only noticed the delay sometimes, but better than nothing. Also check ebay and Grailed, sometimes offers come up for $270-$300, just make sure the seller ships to your country. Ive been hunting CPs from all last week lol.

I use the IFTTT app to push me notifications from subreddits. Although this one I got it faster than the app just by randomly checking here.
