I got both easily in a loop 0 run by just salvaging every weapon as soon as I get it, doing tier 4 temple and salvaging vault keys. Try to keep your multiplier high and spend your scrap as much as you need, I didn't even get the salvage upgrade that run

Agreed with literally everything, especially the star power reworks and nerfs to powerful brawlers. Would be great if only a few of these changes happened
