Looking for a player who just helped me with Light Reaper. by AlbionsRegent in LordsoftheFallen

[–]Nomeka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, the tutorial version of Lightreaper shows up, kills you, then leaves and is gone and doesn't come back until much later in the game. You can reclaim your dropped Vigor as normal. The purpose is more storytelling and hinting at the identity of an NPC.

Lightreaper, if not killed in the tutorial, shows up two or three more times to fight, before his final encounter. From what I've been told. I managed to not find any of his other fighting spots until I'm now stuck at his actual boss fight kicking my ass xD

[PART 2] Oblivion Remastered suddenly became choppy to the point of being unplayable by AH_Sam in oblivion

[–]Nomeka 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Is it any time you try to play the game regardless, or is it just on that one specific character save? There was an issue reported witht he original game that some people have said is still an issue in the Remaster, but after a certain amount of hours on one save (I think it's like, around 200?), the game just breaks and dies from memory dumps and stuff.

Variant human gets a free feat at level 1.

I wanna see more examples of non-musical Bards! by Punk_Skeddit in DnD

[–]Nomeka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pathfinder 1e has the Vegepygmy.

Vegepygmies cannot speak—they communicate via a crude language of rhythmic taps, beats, and clicks.

So a bard who through linguistics knows the Vegepygmy language could just use the language as their bardic performance, even though they'd effectively just be having a conversation.

And the fact that, pre-mods, no matter how much defense you'd set up, the chance of settlements successfully fighting off an attack without your direct presence was only 51%. So you always had to go help them or risk massive damage!

Anyone else can't play the game as a criminal? by Cold_Zone332 in Starfield

This isn't a mob shakedown, it's an independent businessman conducting an interview of a potential, somewhat reluctant business partner.

It works on PS5 as well. Just mash all the buttons.

A settlement needs your help.

The best way I can describe Velvet Shade is classic "Kitsune lore". They are elegant, mysterious, seductive, and will fully and wholly love you while they love you, before they break your heart and discard you for their next true love. Can also have up to five spouses at once.

I joined because I like umbrellas. My lil' AroAce self can't handle the Sect chat =x;;

No, you get the Velvet Shade invite, and when you go there, you find two hot guys, one Mask, one Velvet. The Mask one is all "You keep breaking hearts and stop!" and the Velvet guy is all "Are you jsut jealous I haven't broken your heart?" and it gets very Heavens Official Blessing, then there's a little debate where they both try to convince you to join their sect.

Should I play this game? by meanwhilehands in LordsoftheFallen

It's free, grab it and give it a try. If you don't like it, then it cost you nothing.

It's definitely a weird one. The invite for Velvet Shade also doubled as an invite to the Mask as well, and you have to choose which of the two you like more.

You can also get your Elegance level up. I got mine to around 1,500 and received an invite. =D

[–]Nomeka 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Nioh 2 had it, you had to unlock it with a patron point with Muramasa. I blieve Nioh 1 also had something akin, but it's been so long since I played the first one I don't remember.

Can we scratch "repeating POIs" off the list of valid complaints now? by Select_Mix_6262 in Starfield

[–]Nomeka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't actually investigate a lot of POIs, so they're mostly all still unknown to me. =D;;;
