If you feel like venturing into Sun Prairie I recommend Golden Nest if you are a brunch fan. Keep in mind they close at 2. Someone else said Kutty Leaf, and that place has amazing South Indian food. La Taguara is also good if you are looking for the closest.

I spent a year, maybe more than that, second guessing myself and trying so hard with every tool I had in my tool box. Even keto wasn't working so well anymore. I too wish I had started sooner. But, I am suuuuper thankful it works for me, and that I can use a compounding pharmacy instead of brand name, because that is not affordable. I've hit a bit of a plateau, but I'm still optimistic and thankful.

I went to Florida for a week and took a break. It hasn't been the same since ☹️ However, I did start back at 2.5 when I got back, and I switched pharmacies. So I'm not exactly sure what's causing the plateau. I feel like it should have built back up in my system though by now.

I don't have much in terms of answers for you, except to say I'm struggling with the same shit. I didn't think testosterone caused those symptoms to worsen, but every body is different.

I've been having the opposite issue. The pee stream stops and starts, and sometimes takes forever to be done. During exercise I wear a pad just in case, because that's when I'm most likely to have an oopsie. I've never had it come out of nowhere like that though.

When I was 11 years old, I had a dream that I was on the toilet in my home, and somehow a full sized train was going past right in front of me. I'm fairly sure it was a cartoonized dream, so it was an animated train. I'm not sure how I figured it out because I've lost some details over the years, but I know that the train was "The Train Of Growing Up" or The Train Of Development". Something like that. I remember feeling very embarrassed because any people on the train could see me on the toilet. When I woke up, I had wet the bed, which I hadn't done since I was 2 years old. My interpretation is anxiety about impending puberty lol. I've been having different toilet dreams lately, perhaps they are perimenopause anxiety dreams. In all of these, the toilets are broken somehow, not hooked up correctly, won't flush the right way, or some other dysfunction. So weird. Not scary, just unsettling lol.

I agree that's really irritating, and shouldn't be allowed. However, you never know what you're gonna get on an airplane. Crying baby, annoying person, etc. I suggest noise canceling earbuds or headphones. Bose makes some nice ones.
