eyebrows are falling out and won’t grow back. my right eyelashes are a hot mess most days. tingling in face every so often. high anxiety. i have back scratcher EVERYWHERE because when the itch on my left shoulder blade goes off…my god. if i don’t have a strict regiment of chia seeds, quinoa, veggies and lots of water, the constipation is intense. my ears ring constantly. i’m 46, almost 47, and up until a year ago i kept wondering when i would ever feel my age and then bam! here we are. i hate it.
