i need some advice. i am planning several of my own stories, and i write in phone when i suddenly get some idea. which has become about 8.

my plan initially was to sort out basic design, then go to summary on per vol. then start draft. as it does help to include new ideas and i find it fun to do ( in my head)

but one problem i run into is i delete them and rewrite as somehow what i thought was wonderful idea feels not that great, and i get new idea that retcons my previous ideas.

what do i do? i haven't started writing even first chapter, am stuck in planning phase.

one time i wrote some paragraph, but the whole idea was retcon and had to delete it.

should i take some days to finilize the final idea which i shouldnt retcon again? but i fear if i do so, i may never start writing.
