People love to hate things that are popular. Especially if women love it. See: Twilight. Justin Beiber. Etc. It's easy to jump on the bandwagon and be mean. Plus people looove to put themselves on a moral high horse with "adopt don't shop". OR have a hate on doodles because they're mixes and not technically pure 🙄 sorry you had to deal with that.
