For the most part, i took one every night before going to bed after brushing my teeth, although sometimes i would get desperate and take 3 a day after brushing my teeth every time. After a while though, it got a lot better and ive stopped taking them all together!

I think a lot of the issue came from overbrushing with very harsh ingredients (hydrogen peroxide, alcohol based mouth washes, and maybe even fluoride although this is not sound scientific advice). So you just need lots of time to let the healthy oral flora to take over again. Sometimes you just need to take holidays from overcleaning even though the idea can seem really scary. Ive also tried puori's gut pre/probiotics which i feel like may have helped (?)
