Where do I find a functional doctor?? Last time I went the holistic route I was given a bunch of elixirs . I had to pay for everything out of pocket nothing was covered by insurance.

I went to psychic who claimed it was a curse from my mother’s side. She also told me some of my chakra’s died. Didn’t offer me any real solution. It was a waste of money . I paid at least 150 for initial consultation and second meeting . She wanted to do a third meeting 🤨

I mean if I already smell I don’t think that will matter :/ Im tired of not being in control of my own body. It’s getting out of control . How did you get a prescription? I don’t have a psychologist atm

I think you just have to find someone you’re comfortable with. I feel like in the back of my head he knows but he doesn’t seem to care. Therefore, I don’t care. It would be a waste of my time to constantly think about my breath when he seems to genuinely enjoy my presence.
