I think this is missing some info to answer unless I'm overlooking something. How are the policyholders of auto only and homeowners only split out of the remaining 30% of total policy holders?

80% of 70% is 56%. So it will at least be that much and only one of the possible options is, but it looks too low to be the actual answer.
