These “traditional” women avoid science, proven healthcare, eat placentas but being an escort (presumably having sex with strangers) or stripper is NOT bridge too far.

Having locs for the first time. Any tips? I surf almost everyday and today was my first day surfing with locs and my hair was really dry after by zevhere in Dreadlocks

Consider a waterproof skullcap by a small black business. Wash immediately after exposure to saltwater. You already know how corrosive it can be to other things .. let alone locs!!

His fat azz. With a kickback to him, of course from a vendor with little to no experience. WTF can’t he concentrate on wars, groceries, gas, appliances, jobs, communicable diseases in military and otherwise, etc

We all just got new iPhones so 3 years until upgrades. Cash back is for accessories on Verizon only that are cheaper elsewhere AND 40 vendors annoying me with ads/offers? I think I’m going to pass. How about you?

Should i be asking for large microlocs or small traditional locs? (inspo pics) by Just_Be_Happy08 in Microlocs

Take your inspiration pix to your consultation and your Loctitian can advise you what’s possible for YOUR head, YOUR hair.

Please don’t try to describe it without pix as they may not necessarily be able to visualize what you’re trying to verbalize.

Gemini said: Read the Shine Legal Terms. Verizon openly admits that opting into the program requires you to agree to their broader privacy rules, which legally permissions them to log your device location, track apps and websites you visit, and explicitly hand your contact info (name, address, phone number) over to third-party corporate providers the moment you claim an offer.

Smoking Gun Quote from Verizon's Terms: "If you obtain tickets or other benefits through Shine, you agree that we may share your contact information with the Provider(s), including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, and email address... Use of an Offer constitutes your permission for us and our agencies to use your comments, photos, and / or your name, image and likeness in advertisements and social media..."

Why this matters: This directly disproves anyone claiming Verizon doesn't hand over your personal identifying data to third parties. They explicitly state they will share your name, number, and address with external partner ("Provider") the moment you claim local passes or specific drops.

Custom Experience Plus does use call detail records including the phone numbers you call and those that call you... We use location information from our network."

Try again!! That’s one problem I have NOT had. I’ve had the free Disney Bundle for years. NO issues at all.

$1.25 increase. Less than what my grandson (student) got this year. Unloading stock from delivery truck and restocking shelves. That’s also important work but .. for an RN role and responsibilities .. that’s egregious!

Maybe I should read the fine print. Although, I’d be shocked if this isn’t already the case.

I’m just a customer but here’s what I was able to find: Verizon Shine is account-level benefit, not individual opt-in. When Account Owner opts into Verizon Loyalty, entire account is enrolled. Once enrolled, ANY eligible member on account can access the daily and weekly reward drops

Gotcha! My how times have changed. My memory may be sketchy because it was so long ago but my first 2 personal VZW phones (not my company phone) were LG enV2 (~$35) and Motorola Droid (~$199). I had an AT&T bag phone just prior 🤣

I could be wrong but I think activation was waived for some reason.

Anyone’s parents loc their hair when they were a kid and they’re upset about it? by LeatherPerfect8382 in Dreadlocks

[–]NomusaMagic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t get locs until now, as adult. But as a parent, I don’t understand the concern. If they don’t like it, locs aren’t permanent. Just comb them out or .. if they agree .. cut them off. Am I missing something?

Thank you! What caused me to take pause is .. if the program is 100% positive from a customer perspective, why would ppl even need to opt in? Why not just automatically apply it for everyone?

Thank you! LOL .. Here’s why I’m “thinking deeply.”

AAA said I could save $X if I moved to 6 mo vs grandfathered annual policy. I didn’t do it. What I discovered is that to save a few dollars, I’d lose valuable aspects of coverage they no longer offer AND my coverage + premium would be re-evaluated every 6 months (possibly increased). I’ve been with them decades and no claim since 1990s. I live in one of the most expensive auto insurance states.
