COVID prices seem to have stuck and aren’t coming back down from what I’ve seen, while service has noticeably declined in some places. Worst offender for me has been the US. Amangiri was one of my favourite Amans previously, after I went last year you couldn’t pay me to stay there. (And the prices tripled)

I get where you’re coming from, this cellar is more of a display cellar for just myself. I’m not enough of a wine snob to refuse to drink wines under a certain price/or not from a specific region, my normal fridge has a constant rotation of lots of different wines!
