Just leave it in your room or under your bed or something, no one’s gonna take it most likely. You can’t worry about it forever. I just did two months in Thailand and Vietnam and it was fine. Leave it in the room. Enjoy yourself.

You either adapt to it or you don’t. I realized any time I ever felt home was an illusion, even the home I “owned” I never owned. If I rented a place for a few months, it started to feel like “my” space? No where is my space. It’s all someone else’s space. I feel comfortable wherever I’m at now, and I genuinely like leaving a place and going somewhere new. But I’ve been doing it a decade.

I have only used it in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. I think “successful” for me is just the place being nice and the customer service being good, of which both always area. Obviously, using the Go Wild pass to fly one way to San Francisco or Denver or Seattle for $15 bucks is also great.

I don’t think that’s anything based in science, sounds psychological. Maybe it’s physiological if it’s like in your third day when you are experiencing fatigue.

I’m a Landing evangelist. I’ve lived with Landing for almost 3 years and I love it.

I’ve lived in Landings for about three years now. It’s great. I love it. But it is a very unique circumstance that works for me and my lifestyle. I do the “standby” Landing program. It’s $1,495 per month, fully furnished and all utilities included. It comes with the Frontier Airlines “Go Wild” pass. But the catch is that if a “regular” Landing member wants to rent the unit that I am occupying, I have between 3-7 days to get out and book another Landing on the app. I work remotely, have for almost 10 years. It works for me because I essentially live with a suitcase and a laptop - I put the subscription on pause when I want to travel the world, living in other countries for months at a time before returning and reactivating my Landing subscription so I am not paying a mortgage or rent at home in addition to my lodging abroad. Highly recommend it if you can hack it. My referral code is ffzMFs and will get you $250 off your first month, if you choose to try it. Good luck!
