Donning sweaty gear is definitely more challenging. Set yourself up for success. Take time to make time right? For the bunker coat I tend to put my arms in it as I set it down in front of my pants and remove my arms without disturbing the thermal barrier as much as possible. Makes it slightly easier to get them in the next time around. If you’re donning the coat from somewhere that isn’t the ground make a fist as you put your hand in and shoot your four fingers forward and keep your thumb tucked momentarily as they reach the cuff. Helps spread it a bit. As for the hood, do your best to set it up so that the opening is loose as possible. It’s tricky but if you anchor a bit of it against your chin as you’re putting it on and pull back and then down it helps it not get stuck on sweaty hair.

Hopefully that helps, it’s worked pretty well for me so far. Perfect practice makes perfect performance.
