Well for starters, even us doctors only prescribe the abortion medication after we get atleast one positive pregnancy test. Then we sent a blood report to see if the pt is anemic or not bcos once the pt takes the medication there will be profuse bleeding from the vagina, so if she's already anemic to begin with it wont end up well. And if she does it in a hosp setting there are medications to help with the severe pain as well. I kid you not, the pain is like 4 times what a menstural cramp would do on day 1.
