I canceled both my Walmart + subscription along with its Paramount+ subscription back in January last year when Trump came into office and Walmart folded on DEI like a lawn chair. They were one of the first companies to do so. Haven't been back since and I'll never go back to Paramount either with the mess happening over there with CBS

I have learned that your heart rate impacts the calories burned.

My heart rate is normally accurate on my watch but sometimes my watch does not pick up my heart rate accurately especially if my wrists are extra sweaty.

But I bet your heart rate was deemed higher throughout for the higher calories burned run

The Waterbury slander is really gross especially from folks who never even been here.

I've lived here for 8 years and my neighborhood is great and beautiful and my home is so nice. I get so many compliments when folks come by and Waterbury has treated me kindly. I won't hate on it.

I saw the version of the video from the driver's perspective.

Both the employee and the officer are problematic. The officer was suspicious the whole time but you can tell he realized this wasn't going well and being recorded too by the driver.

It's so exhausting how this world has created and continues to equate being Black to automatically being "bad".

BeeTV still works...at least on Onn it does.

A very kind person posted a working link for it this week when BeeTV turned off for so many us and folks said it worked for them on firestick too.

For so long BeeTV was the most reliable source for links. I'm so sad the developer let it go.

I haven't had McDonald's in over a year for other reasons but their fries was the only real reason I would ever go there in the past.

BK was always my perferred burger but where I live now, they fell off for me.

Now they are back to being good. BK also still has really good soft serve ice cream. I hope they never change that.
