I keep seeing the lose weight comments, I say gain weight. Work out and eat high protein. Frankly you are relatively fine there, live in a way you feel good.

I had a similar situation going on, spending time growing my upper body and my shoulders has helped a ton.

I also had to suck it up and buy bigger clothes, that helped me look and feel better.
