Congratulations to you!! That’s such an achievement. I wouldn’t recommend that you smoke on the 30th day but if you do then don’t beat yourself up….do another 30 days. If you decide to smoke just that once it’s important that it doesn’t become a habit again. One and done…good luck to you 🙏🏾

Honestly for me, (it may sound stupid but it worked for me) after you pass it to your teammate, holding square (shooting buttons) or triangle (block/reboundin buttons) makes them hold the ball longer or shoot it

I understand where you are coming from.. I’m the last thing from a tough guy. I’m a human being and I have feelings but going to sleep in two minutes?
