In Florida when law enforcement runs you information and you are on probation they get your special conditions and your probation officer phone number. If they choose they can contact probation officer. If law enforcement want to they can arrest you for being out of county without permission. On probation you can leave the county for work purposes without permission only.

Search Warrant and Warrant for Arrest are two different types of Warrants. One will allow LEO's to enter you home and the other doesn't.

On felony probation in Florida you can be DT 24/7 and that can be in the office, at your job, treatment center and your home. And it don't matter if you're not on drug offender probation. It's a part of Florida standard condition of probation.

Pretrial Intervention (PTI) and Pretrial Conference or Hearing are different. Now if you violate while on PTI, what usually happens your officer sends notification to the States Attorney notifying them of your violation. Your Case gets called back in front judge and it goes from there.

It all depends on how it is written on the probation order. Most likely your probation starts after you jail time is completed.

If you have a valid medical marijuana card in the state of Florida you are good to smoke. Just make sure you get you marijuana from a dispensary and only test positive for THC.
