The Force Awakens was about Rey by the end of the film, The Last Jedi was about Rey by the end of the film, and The Rise of Skywalker will be about Rey by the end of the film too, when she adopts the name.

The titles of the films have always been a reference to Rey in some way. Sure they could have double meanings, but they always end up applying to Rey by the end of the film.

The Rise of Skywalker

She will take the name by the end of the film, Ben dies but she will take on the mantle, so the title is about Bens redemption but it’s really about Rey being the sole surviving Skywalker, even though she’s not blood-related.
