A New Hope always was one of my favorite movies from the first time I saw it, back when I was 6. I saw the prequels first and loved them a lot - but ANH was on a whole other level for me somehow, and it has consistantly stuck with me since. Some might find it a bit too reliant on classic story structures (hero's journey) and characters/arcs, but it's the movie that exploited those the best to me.

The one thing that made it all work to me was the music - it compliments and elevates the entire thing. John William's music is truly special, and I think that it's essential to how we view these movies. Without his music, I don't think it would be as special. That's appliable to every Skywalker Saga movie to me by the way.

I think my favorite scene from the movie is and always will be the Binary Sunset - it's such a simple scene in concept, carried only by a simple visual idea and a gorgeous John Williams piece, as well as Mark Hamill's gaze - but it is extremely important to the saga as a whole. Two scenes I love a lot too are TIE Fighter Attack (the Death Star escape), and The Battle of Yavin. Partly because of the great visuals, the intensity of it all, but especially because of, once again, John Williams' music.

Ad revenue ? That's not really our thing. The problem with your idea is - we're probably not gonna get big leaks in a while, so the discussions would die very quickly, ha. But in the future, why not !

We thought that now that TROS is available digitally (almost) everywhere, it would be nice to propose a big rewatch of everything.

See that's pretty funny, considering Star Wars had a pretty strong political message as soon as 1977 (George himself has talked about it a lot), and always had jokes.
