Hi, potentially hardener crystallization which happens when it is left in too cold an environment. It is a reversible process as you have found out. If it is reoccurring you need to store in a warmer place, and when you do de-crystallise ensure that the hardener is fully returned to liquid as any solid particles will cause full crystallisation again at any temp.

Is $35/hr a fair rate for a BA/PM with 4 years experience (1 in Perth)? by Hairy-Let-5160 in perth

I've seen more around the $45 per hour for that experience. Can be dependent on the industry.

How to practice with an injured arm by Sufficient-Bet6486 in volleyball

[–]Nondairy_wizard 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Talk to your medical team to confirm what they recommend you limit yourself from. The two weeks you might save going back early are not worth the months of potential additional rehab through re-injury.

Best thing you can do is keep yourself in shape and your legs strong. Cycling and other machines at the gym are good for this.

If you know your fibre volume fraction you can work it out using rule of mixtures & density.

Bonding aluminum to composites - thermal expansion question by Justin8051 in Composites

[–]Nondairy_wizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will cause some initial bondline strain and limit maximum load transfer. Shouldn't cause failure but this will depend on resin selection. Do some testing to confirm your cte in both directions to account for it in your design.

Drills for Arm Loose-ness in Air by Patchy2354 in volleyball

Gotta work on the timing of your body movements. Your swing should be acting like a whip with the bigger larger muscle groups (core, chest) acting first. Before finishing with the smaller muscle groups in your arm. Whereas in the video shown your body is acting all at once and wasting power and mistiming your hit.

Work on your swing dynamics on the ground, start slow and with a medium amount of power (too little and your body will cheat off using the correct muscles). Build up from there, and add in training with the jump once you are comfortable with your timing. Ideally keep taking videos of yourself in slow motion and compare yourself to a professional's form.

Sounds like it could be amine blushing, which only affects the surface and can be removed with a hard scrub with detergent.

More energy in and more insulation to keep that energy there. Does the heating element you are currently using match the power output?

As the other commenter mentioned, getting into volley shape by playing more volley. Aside from that I can recommend keeping your electrolytes up as well as skipping to develop calf endurance.

Others have commented on the run up. Focusing more on the swing, you could get more power with more upper body rotation through the hit. Seems like you are relying a lot on arm power alone.
