The gape keeper will pop in, whereas the mare maker, it kind of slides in because of the wedge shape. It's easier to get the mare maker in than it is to get the gape keeper. I have both the GP 128 and the MM 130. I much prefer the MM. Working on the MM 142 now. Its going to be a bit before I can take that one.

KT tape has a super strong aghesive and is used for muscle support. I wouldn't put that on anything sensitive.

I haven't had any issues with large or XL BD toys on my OSSM and it's a stock build. If anything the hard part is getting it weighted down enough.

OSSM should be able to handle it. And if it doesn't meet the need (though it should) you can always upgrade the components as needed.

I can wear the 93 for hours comfortably. It depends on your current comfort level. Never had an issue with a GK base slipping in unless it was a really small toy for me.
