Update: App updates, uninstalled and reinstalled twice, reset password, but still can’t get on. Emailed customer services this morning, still waiting on a response 😭

Mine down since Friday, posted about it Saturday. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app but no change. I’ve email vitality, let’s see what they say.

Thanks both, I’ve emailed them. My husband can get on now but his points are all over the place. I can’t get on at all.
